The Pumpkin Patch and the Ironic Cow!! :) {10.2008}
We went to the Pumpkin Patch with my sister Angela and

her 
girls. We met my BFF Adrienne and her family there. We also ran into one of Mark's friends from High School Aaron and his family. We had such a BLAST. There were a ton of pumpkins to choose from, Hayrides, yummy food, a 
petting zoo, a kid corral with lots of toys, .JPG)
and all sorts of f.JPG)
un things to do while you are there. We had a 
lot of fun in the petting zoo area. It was funny, Little Miss R, LOVED petting and touching all of the animals...the pigs, lambs, cows, horses, and kittens. But Little Man E, wouldn't go near any of them except for the kittens and bunnies. They both thought that we should take one home. Too b
ad we don't have a place for one...n

anyway. The FUNNIEST/Most IRONIC part was the Cow that was about a month old. Not only was her name Elizabeth (Same Name), but she also was born on my SAME Birthday!!!! I got a p
icture with her and took a picture of the sign that told her name and birthdate. We also enjoyed looking at the pumpkins, taking pictures and riding on the hayride. It was a fabulous day! :) 
One of my most favorite things about fall is taking the
kids to the pumpkin patch, the beautiful color changing trees, hot chocolate and dressing the kids up for Halloween.

Oh, fall is the best! I wish you had room for the animals your kids wanted, but also for that cow - too funny! I love the picture of all the kids lined up and sitting on pumpkins. Pumpkin picking is a great family tradition to have, and Halloween gets all the other holidays rolling towards us with more fun - yippee!
Wow! I don't want this to sound wrong, but maybe you and that cow are kindred spirits! Ha ha ha.... I want to meet a cow named Emily with my birthday now. It's just become my lifelong goal.
