Daddy's Worksite {03.23.07}

We visited Mark at his worksite today and brought a picnic lunch to eat with him. It was so much fun. They are working on building a shop, house, food storage and other buildings for Mark's parents right now. They are building it on the "Old Chandler homestead" where Mark's ancestors settled, WAY back in the day, here in Oregon. The 4th picture is of us standing in front of the original house that still stands today (not for very much longer because of it's condition, but that's what cameras are for) that his great grandfather built. It's neat to have so much of Mark's family's history surrounding us. The kids loved walking around the property, and sitting with Daddy on the big machines (big boy toys) and spending them together as a family. We are going to start coming every week to visit Mark and have a picnic, during the Spring and Summer months. We had such a blast today!!
