The kids with their Easter baskets and new Easter outfits. They were so excited to open these!
The kids also had fun finding all of the goodies the Easter bunny had left in a hunt for them.
Little Man E and Little Miss R, were happy to find tons of the eggs, but Baby K, was happy to just find a few to open & eat. :)
We all had a lot of fun together. It was great to see the kids all excited as they found all of their special prizes. We did all of this the Saturday before Easter Sunday, so we could keep Sunday a celebration of Christ's Resurrection and focus on that.
We watched General Conference on Sunday and had a special Easter dinner at Mark's parents house too. It was delicious. We did our "Resurrection Eggs" (as seen in the below post) lesson to help focus on Christ and talked about the real reason for Easter. We had a lovely Easter as a family (Little Man E, looks super thrilled to have his picture taken!).
