{Soccer, Sleepovers and Anniversary: August 2013}

Little Man E and Princess R enjoyed playing soccer this summer, did very well and learned some new skills.  They both liked dribbling, passing, scoring and even playing goalie.
 Grandpa and Grandma Chandler {Mark's folks} came to watch their game.  It was wonderful to have them there.  The kids really enjoyed that.
 We took them out to McDonalds after their last game to celebrate their great season, and scoring.  We had a lot of fun eating and playing together.
Our children {Little Man E, Princess R and Princess K} loved having their first friend sleepovers at their friends houses and having their friends spend the night at our house, this summer.
 Mark and Elizabeth celebrated their {11th anniversary}, by putting the kids to bed early, ordering in Mexican food, watching a movie and spending some quality time together at home, this year.
 We sure love our little Baby H {and all of our kiddos}.  She is such a sweet little baby.

{July 2013: Swimming and Rafting with Cousins}

The kids and I went on a trip to Washington to visit my side of the family, in the middle of July to the beginning of August.  We had a lot of fun spending time with family and friends while we were there.  We went swimming and rafting with my sister Celestia and her family.
Uncle Fatih took the kids boating in their raft in the lake.  They had a lot of fun together, while we were at the lake with Celestia's family.
The kids had a lot of fun swimming at the lake with their cousins {and cousin S's friend {on the right}.
My sister Celestia took my 2 youngest and I for a spin out in their raft.  It was a blast!
 We went swimming with brother Chris and wife Mandy's family at their neighborhood pool.
We had a blast swimming with them.  Baby H even enjoyed swimming with Mommy a little.

{4th of July, Sleepovers, Soccer, Shopping, New foods: July 2013}

With our move, I have gotten pretty behind in my blogging, but I wanted to continue where I left off, with celebrating the Fourth of July, at Mark's parent's house. Two of our girls with Grandpa and Grandma and their little cousin  {Mark's oldest brother's baby daughter}.
Our kids had fun watching Daddy light off fireworks and also lighting sparklers.
We had a fun time celebrating Fourth of July with Mark's side of the family.  It was lovely.
Little Man E had a blast having his first friend sleepover with his friends J and J.  Our little man C asleep.
Little Man E and Little Miss R had a lot of fun playing on the same soccer team this summer.  They did well learning new skills improving in dribbling, shooting, passing, being aggressive and trying new things.
I very rarely get to take all of my children with me shopping, because it can be quite a struggle.  But we chose to make a short trip to the store, and took this fun picture of all 5 of them in the "car cart" at the grocery store.  They have always loved riding in these types of carts, and it helps keep them entertained. :)
 Our sweet little Baby H trying her first solid foods.  I love how she does the "love" sign language when she sucks on her fingers.  That is uniquely her.
Baby H was very excited to try her first solid foods.  She is such a happy baby.
Baby H "loves" trying new food.  We adore our sweet little baby girl. :)

May 2013: {Awards, Field Day, Schools Out for Summer!}

Little Miss R {1st Grade} and Little Man E {2nd Grade} received Awards in their last school Assembly.
Little Man E and Little Miss R had a blast participating in all of the awesome activities in their last day of school's field day activities.  The split them into teams, with a couple from each grade in the groups.
There were so many fun activities for them to play in: relay races, parachutes, musical chairs, sports, tumbling activities, teamwork activities, tug of war, etc.  So much fun!  We enjoyed coming to watch them participate.  Here are a few pictures that I took of the day.
 Here are some pictures of Little Man E and Little Miss R with some of their friends from school.

{May 2013: E's Baseball and R's 1st Grade Opera}

Little Man E had a blast playing on his Baseball team this year.  He loved playing with his teammates and going to his practices and games.
He had many hits, home runs, great throws and really enjoyed playing the game.  He did an awesome job.
 We were so proud of Our Little Man E, and enjoyed watching him play Baseball!
Little Miss R did an amazing job singing in her "Three Piggie Opera" for 1st grade.  We loved going to watch her performance.  The Opera told the classic story of the Three Little Pigs.

May 2013 {1st Bike Rides, Music, Family Fun}

R riding her bike.  K playing the guitar.
Sweet Baby H.  We Love Her.
We had some friends over for dinner {the Rudolphs} and enjoy their visit very much.  The top picture of us, it from that dinner party.  Bottom picture is of Little Miss K snuggling Baby H.
We love to take our children on runs/walks in our new jogging stroller.  It's a blast to go around the huge loop around our beautiful neighborhood with nice sidewalks.  Usually we have our bigger kiddos ride their bikes along with us, as I push the jogging stroller.  Such fun times.

Trying to figure things out! Jan. 2013

It's always a little bit of a struggle at first, to add another baby into the mix.  Trying to figure out where they fit and how to juggle everything; all of your responsibilities.  There was a cheer leading camp, done for little girls; by the university here.  The girls get to go learn cheers, dance routines, and gymnastics, from the cheer squad and dance teams.  It's always a lot of fun for them.  So we didn't want our girls {Little Miss R and Little Miss K} to miss it, even though Baby H was really really new.  So Mark {being the amazing Daddy that he is} took our girls, and our niece G to the Cheer camp.  He stayed the whole time and even took pictures for me to see.  Later in the evening, he took them to their performance {at half-time of the University Basketball Game}.  And he, with help of Little Man E, took pictures and video of the Girl's performance.  We feel very strongly, that we should keep our newborn babies, home for the first month of their lives.  But especially with it being cold and flu season, we were planning on keeping her home for the first 2 months of her life {Plus I was still recovering as well}.
 We love having the kids dress-up {and us a lot too} and reading and performing the Nativity Scene together, during Christmas time.  I love this picture of my children, all dressed up like the Nativity.  Love.  Mark playing in the snow with the kiddos.  Me opening one of my Christmas presents  {we didn't get to do that {Mark and I} on Christmas day.  The kids modeling their fruit loop necklaces; that they made.  My friend Nette, taking me out to lunch.  Love her.
  My parents came to visit with my little brother Joe.  We really enjoyed having them come to visit; especially since we don't get to see them all the time.  Joseph got to hold her, before he left on his mission.  So proud of him.  Also, Mark's mom {Grandma} holding Baby H.
My kiddos love spending time with Grandma, Grandpa {my parents} and Uncle Joe.
 Our family, enjoying our New Baby H.  We Love Her!
The girls and I, giving Baby H her very first bath {She Loved it!}.  Little Miss R holding Baby H.  Little Miss R, Little Miss K and Little Man E, playing with their new Barbie Doll House.
Little Man E's first Cub Scout Pinewood Derby.  He loved racing his batmobile car {that he made with his Daddy}, with the other boys.  They all got awesome car wooden trophies, that his Uncle Glen made {he's the Den Leader}.  Little Miss K playing on a game on smart phone.  Mark, reading with Little Miss R.

E and R: Baseball, Field Day and Last Days of School

Here are some end of the year pictures from Little Man E's 1st grade class, last June: musical and theatrical performances, (they did the play "Stone Soup"), and his music class performance.  The performances were so cute and Little Man E did really well.  Little Man E and his teacher, Ms. Webster.  Little Man E had a wonderful 1st grade year.  We are proud of his strides in learning.
  Little Man E played coach-pitch baseball last Spring/Summer for the first time.  He really enjoyed playing on his team, learned very quickly and did quite well.  We were so proud of him.  Mark played baseball, growing up, so he was especially excited to have Little Man E play.  We all enjoyed cheering for him, especially, Baby C (our 1-year-old), who loved saying, "Go E!  Go E!"  It was so cute.
Here are some end of the year pictures from Little Miss R's Kindergarten class, last June: Little Miss R's class grew butterfly chrysalises, made butterfly wings for themselves, and then went outside (while wearing their beautiful wings) and released the butterflies into nature.  It was awesome.  Little Miss R and her teacher, Ms. Swanson.  Little Miss R and her Kindergarten Book, showing some of her creative art.  Little Man E and Little Miss R running off of the bus for the last time.  Little Miss R had a wonderful Kindergarten year.  We are proud of all that she learned.
  Here are pictures of Little Miss R, at her Kindergarten field day, on the last day of school.  The did relays, potato sack races, jump roping, hula hoops, bubbles, etc.  They had so much fun doing events and participating in the fun games.  Little Miss K, Baby C and I came to watch and got to participate in some games too.  The kids all enjoyed a HUGE colorful Popsicle, at the end of the day.  It was such a fun day.
